The Bay Villas are the first luxury condominiums in the Kapalua destination resort complex consisting of 141 units located on the shoreline above Onela Bay with breathtaking views of the island of Molokai and Lanai. Units range in size from 1,100 to 2,000 square feet including lanais and are either one or two bedrooms. The villas have high ceilings, sunken garden baths and ceiling fans. Located on the property are three pools, two tennis courts, gas barbecues and recreation area for the convenience of owners and guests. This one bedroom, one bathroom ocean view unit is located on the ground floor close to the tennis courts and has a nice grass area in front of lanai. This unit features central air conditioning, a big screen TV, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, CD, DVD and VCR player, free internet access, fully equipped kitchen, ocean views and free parking space. Bedding includes a Brand new cal king sleep innovations bed and a sofa bed. This unit may accommodate four guests.
