The apartment hotel is located in the Borik area of Zadar, away from busy streets and noise but still close to the centre. The beach is some 900 m from the residence and the bus station is around 5 km away. Zadar Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 15 km.The apartment hotel offers 4 apartments. There is also a garden. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the accommodation.The hotel features rooms with air conditioning, a fan, a kitchen and a bathroom.
