Cà Zanardi is located close to the Cà d'Oro, the splendid 15th century gothic palace along the Grand Canal. It is located in the main tourist street but is easily reachable by foot, after a two minute walk from the Cà d'Oro water bus stop, or by boat using the palazzo's private pier positioned along the fetching Santa Caterina canal. The interior decorating is enriched by antique mirror cases, delicate damasked tapestries, hand-blown Murano glass chandeliers and impressive decorative stuccos. The flooring is typical marble “alla veneziana” alternated by a fine wood parquet. The ample spaces and impressive light in these rooms create a priceless sensation of comfort, privacy and well being. The rooms either face the placid S. Caterina canal, thus providing a classic venetian post card view, or face the inner courtyard and private terrace also assuring a dazzling and charming view.
