Nextdoor to the living room is a cozy and handy kitchenette with pantry. There is a nice comfortable double bedroom with a sunny view to a porch in the patio.<br /><br />A very distinctive feature, for a city that has 9 month of sunny days, is this 40m2 patio with a relaxing porch. The private patio is very sunny and pleasant and also includes a space for parking (one car or several motorbikes - two bycicles can be provided for free use).<br /><br />The apartment is located in a building alongside only 3 other apartments and the building has been totally refurnished from top to bottom.
