Almost halfway between Changi International Airport and the CBD, the hotel is a 15-minute drive by car from downtown Singapore via Nicoll Highway, and it is 20 minutes to the airport. The Aljunied MRT Station (EW9) is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.The hotel was built in 1995. The accommodation comprises a total of 85 rooms. Individual storeys are accessible via the lift or stairs. Services and facilities at the hotel include a safe, a restaurant, a newspaper stand and a laundry service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Travellers can buy souvenirs at the gift shop.
