Guests can entertain in the sun-filled kitchen and enjoy meals in the adjoining dining area or outside on the patio looking out to the yard.\nThe villa has 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 4 single beds, and 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms one of which is an ensuite bathroom, and an entertainment room with an extra television and plenty of seating.\nJust 1000 meters down the road lie the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Guests can also find shops, restaurants, and bars in the waterfront town, accompanied by stunning views of the coastline. Barcelona International Airport is 45 kilometers from the property and Arenys de Mar train station is 3 kilometers away, allowing for easy transport to neighboring towns including the thriving city of Barcelona, just 40 kilometers away!\nDeparture cleaning & pool/garden maintenance charge 140 EUR. This is also valid although the guest has paid a final cleaning or such a cleaning is already included in the rent.\nA generous allowance of water and electricity is included in the rental price; however, you will be charged for abuse of these services leaving water/hoses open and running for long periods of time, door/windows open when using air-conditioning/heating, etc. Water and electricity readings are taken before and after every stay in every property.\nParty Size\nAt no time must any more persons occupy a property than stated on the booking form, except with prior written agreement.\nProperty Standards\nWe have carefully selected and inspected all the properties that we advertise and we endeavor to maintain high standards.
