Other amenities/services: This villa has 2 cosy bedrooms plus study, with private garden and car parking. Can accomodate 4-5 persons. The dimensions are quite small but suitable for a family plus 2 children or 1 or 2 couples. The master bedroom is larger than the other but both have ensuite bathrooms. There is a study where you can store things, use as a study or use as a supplemental bedroom. The villa is new as is all the furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided. The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable, music system, radio, telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque.
