Hyatt has unveiled a Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment focused on (1) increased frequency of cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces and areas such as lobbies, guestrooms, restaurants, meeting and event spaces, recreational areas, public restrooms, fitness centers, elevator buttons, (2) Prominently placed hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel public and employee areas and entrances, (3) Protective masks and other equipment worn by hotel employees, and (4) Social distancing guidance in public areas across hotel properties. Hyatt is exploring purification and sanitization device installation in an effort to ensure air quality. In addition, Hyatt is providing its hotels with comprehensive COVID-19 guidance in the event of a suspected or confirmed case among guests or employees.
The upper floors of the hotel can be accessed by lift. A safe, a cash machine, a restaurant, a bar, room service, a laundry service and a business centre are available to guests of the establishment. Wireless internet access is available to travellers in the public areas. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.Each of the rooms is appointed with air conditioning and a bathroom. Many rooms feature a sea view, which further enhances the ambience. The rooms each feature a queen-size bed. A safe and a desk are also available. A fridge and a tea/coffee station are provided as standard. An ironing set is also available for travellers' convenience. Little extras, including internet access, a telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge), contribute to a great stay. The bathrooms are fitted with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided for everyday use.
