This 750 square foot house features a living room, dining room, full kitchen, bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom with a shower tub, brand new washer and dryer, a back porch made from reclaimed wood and a garden barbeque, as well as various outdoor seating areas. The house comes complete with FRETTE cotton towels, MATTEO linens, gas range with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, fast wireless Internet, 24"" LED 1080p HD-TV-DVD combo with Time Warner cable, Philips stereo system with iPod/Phone dock station. We use only Zero-VOC paint and non-toxic products for cleaning. The house is located on Amoroso Place, between Lincoln Boulevard and Abbot Kinney Boulevard. You can walk to the hippest Venice restaurants and bars in Los Angeles! The beach is just a 5-minute bike ride away. Since Amoroso Place is a walk street and closed for vehicular traffic, access to the property with cars is through the back alley, Marco Place, where two off-street parking spaces are provided.
