The IHG Way of Clean includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and additional procedures may include (1) reduced contact at check-in, (2) deep cleaning of high tough surfaces, social distancing, best practices for pools, fitness centers and lounges, (3) visible verification of sanitized items including use of electrostatic technology, and (4) new standards for buffets and room service dining. IHG also claims to have a partnership with the Cleveland Clinic through which it is focusing on translating clinical concepts, infectious disease management and overall health optimization.

Guests have easy access to their storeys via the lift or stairs. Services and facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, a café, a bar, a conference room and a business centre. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows travellers to stay connected. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the hotel.
