Hyatt has unveiled a Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment focused on (1) increased frequency of cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces and areas such as lobbies, guestrooms, restaurants, meeting and event spaces, recreational areas, public restrooms, fitness centers, elevator buttons, (2) Prominently placed hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel public and employee areas and entrances, (3) Protective masks and other equipment worn by hotel employees, and (4) Social distancing guidance in public areas across hotel properties. Hyatt is exploring purification and sanitization device installation in an effort to ensure air quality. In addition, Hyatt is providing its hotels with comprehensive COVID-19 guidance in the event of a suspected or confirmed case among guests or employees.
The hotel features various services and facilities, including a restaurant and a conference room, for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows travellers to stay connected. Guests can buy daily essentials at the supermarket.Each of the rooms is appointed with air conditioning and a bathroom. A balcony is included as standard in most rooms, offering additional space for relaxation. Travellers can enjoy a good nights' sleep on the queen-size bed. Other features include a telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge). The accommodation units include a bathroom with a shower. A hairdryer is also available.
