Hilton has unveiled Cleanstay with Lysol Protection in the US. (Outside the US, the program may be branded with other Reckitt Benckiser products). The program’s centerpiece involves 10 high touch areas in the guest room (switches and electronic controls, door knobs, major bathroom surfaces, climate control panels, telephones and remove controls, beds and bedding, bath amenities, hard surfaces, closet goods, and in-room food and beverage products). The program also involves a seal indicating that the room has not been accessed since cleaning, de-cluttering of paper amenities, focusing of fitness centers, increased cleaning of common areas, disinfecting wipes in high-traffic areas, and contactless check-in. Hilton may also be deploying electrostatic sprayers and UV-cleaning products, and is consulting with the Mayo Clinic on cleaning programs, training programs and quality assurance.
Most of the storeys can be reached by lift. Services and facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, a bar and a conference room. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.Each of the rooms is appointed with central heating and a bathroom. The rooms each feature a sofabed. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A microwave and a tea/coffee station ensure a comfortable stay. Internet access, a telephone and a TV add to the comfort of the holiday. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms.
