Hyatt has unveiled a Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment focused on (1) increased frequency of cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces and areas such as lobbies, guestrooms, restaurants, meeting and event spaces, recreational areas, public restrooms, fitness centers, elevator buttons, (2) Prominently placed hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel public and employee areas and entrances, (3) Protective masks and other equipment worn by hotel employees, and (4) Social distancing guidance in public areas across hotel properties. Hyatt is exploring purification and sanitization device installation in an effort to ensure air quality. In addition, Hyatt is providing its hotels with comprehensive COVID-19 guidance in the event of a suspected or confirmed case among guests or employees.
Guests of the hotel can reach various storeys easily and comfortably by lift. Services and facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, a café, a bar, medical assistance, a laundry service and a theatre hall. Wireless internet access in public areas (no extra charge) allows travellers to stay connected.Each of the rooms is appointed with air conditioning and a bathroom. A king-size bed ensures a good night's sleep. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a fridge included as standard. A telephone and a TV add to the comfort of the holiday. Amenities in the bathrooms include a shower. A hairdryer is also available.
