The hotel is less than a 10-minute drive away from Dubrovnik or for the really fit, there is a walking path. The hotel is a haven of calm away from the hustle and bustle, and in hot summers it is often a degree or two cooler up in the almost mountainous air at Bosanka. There are numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs in Dubrovnik, whilst there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Dubrovnik Airport is about 15 km away from the apartment hotel.The apartment hotel was built in 2005. Guests stay in one of the 5 studios. Wireless internet access is available to guests. There is also a garden. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the accommodation. Travellers can also use the bicycle storage facilities.Each of the rooms is appointed with air conditioning, central heating and a bathroom. The standard amenities of most rooms include a balcony.
