This new apartment building is located directly on the corner of Metzer Strasse and Strassburger Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg, currently the hippest district of Berlin. The area around the water tower and Kollwitzplatz are perfect for walks through the numerous small streets with their small shops, boutiques and galleries. Afterwards, guests can enjoy themselves in one of the many nearby cafes and restaurants. Also easily reached are Alexanderplatz and the television tower, as well as the classical Berlin boulevard 'Unter den Linden' with Museum Island and the Brandenburg Gate.Guests are welcomed at the apartment hotel, which has a total of 12 rooms. The individual storeys can easily be reached via the lift or stairs. A newspaper stand is among the facilities. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is available to travellers in the public areas.
