The hotel is located in the historic and artistic centre of Venice, yet is set in a very peaceful Venetian residential area. This excellent location, not far from Rialto bridge and St Mark's square, puts guests at just 5 minutes' walking distance from Piazzale Roma Airport's bus terminal, a parking area, a water-bus terminal and St Lucia railway station. Marco Polo International Airport is just around 15 km away, while Treviso San Angelo Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel. Renovated in the year 2000, this family-friendly hotel comprises a total of 13 rooms. The Hotel Dipendenza is just in front of the main building, providing guests with a 24-hour reception facility. There is a breakfast room on site and room service is provided at the hotel. Rooms come with an en suite bathroom and are furnished in simple Venetian style.
