The hotel is situated downtown, next to the Palace of Parliament and at walking distance both to the historical site of the city and the financial district of Bucharest. The area is very attractive for all business travellers, as well as for the organised leisure tourism groups. It is the second largest administrative building in the world, after The Pentagon in the United States, with 84 m high, an area of 365,000 m2 and is composed of 23 sections. A colossal Parliament building known for its design interior, it is the house of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, three museums and an international conference center. The building of the Palace is located in the central part of Bucharest (in district 5), on the place that today is called Dealul Arsenalului, framed by Izvor Street to the west and northwest, United Nations Avenue to the north, Liberty Avenue to the east and Calea 13 Septembrie to the south. The hotel comprises a total of 161 rooms. Travellers are welcomed in the lobby. Services and facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, a bar, a conference room and a business centre.
