<p>As part of European regulations, the property must take a copy of official photo identification and the card used to reserve the booking upon arrival (which must match the name on the reservation). For same-day arrivals, copies must be sent to the property via email. Please bring ID, as well as the card used to book and a copy of your booking confirmation.This property does not permit parties. The maximum occupancy number must not be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance. Additional charges will apply if there is evidence that these rules were breached and the property reserves the right to evict guests at the guests' expense.Please note that the damage deposit of GBP 200 will be pre-authorised on the card one day prior arrival. Damages must be paid in full by the booker in the event of any breakages, damage, or extra cleaning required. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged and guests will be notified by email with a breakdown of the costs.Please note there is a late check in fee of GBP 30 for check in after 18:00. Late check in needs to be arranged prior to arrival.Please note that there is a fee of GBP 30 for check-ins on Saturdays or Sundays.
