The home will be configured as a 6 bedroom (7Bed) 5 Bath layout with additional room for convertible beds. Guests will enjoy a very luxurious environment situated on three levels with minimum ceiling heights over 9 feet on each of the three levels and over 24 feet within our great room in the center of the home. The top floor will consist of two equal sized master bedrooms each with king sized beds, large screen televisions, his and hers walk in closets, large private ensuites featuring new imported copper and nickel soaking tubs with integrated air bath systems and remote controls. The showers will be extra large with rainforest shower heads and each ensuite will also have a television for private viewing and an integrated audio / video system for a truly relaxing spa like experience. Wireless access will allow you to play your own music from the comfort of your smart phone or apple device. Each Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1 and 2) will have private balconies and magnificent views overlooking the inter-coastal waterway, the Miami Beach Skyline along with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets as the back of the home faces due south. The main floor will feature 4 oversized and well-appointed bedrooms: Bedroom 3 is a suite that features a King Sized Bed with large screen television, French doors and integrated audio / video system with large well appointed closet and closet organizers. Bedroom 4 is a suite that features two full queen sized beds with large screen television and integrated audio / video system and a private ensuite complete with shower. Bedroom 5 will be a generously sized room that will feature a queen bed with television and integrated audio / video system, a well-appointed closet and a shared Juliette ensuite with Bedroom 6. Bedroom 6 will be a generously sized room that will feature a Queen Bed with large screen television and integrated audio / video system and a large well-appointed closet with closet organizers.
