Hilton has unveiled Cleanstay with Lysol Protection in the US. (Outside the US, the program may be branded with other Reckitt Benckiser products). The program’s centerpiece involves 10 high touch areas in the guest room (switches and electronic controls, door knobs, major bathroom surfaces, climate control panels, telephones and remove controls, beds and bedding, bath amenities, hard surfaces, closet goods, and in-room food and beverage products). The program also involves a seal indicating that the room has not been accessed since cleaning, de-cluttering of paper amenities, focusing of fitness centers, increased cleaning of common areas, disinfecting wipes in high-traffic areas, and contactless check-in. Hilton may also be deploying electrostatic sprayers and UV-cleaning products, and is consulting with the Mayo Clinic on cleaning programs, training programs and quality assurance.
Guests can feel at home in one of the 399 rooms. A lobby and a reception are available to travellers. Services and facilities at the hotel include a safe, a restaurant, a bar, a laundry service, a conference room, a business centre and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access is available to guests. Various shops are available, including a souvenir shop. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the hotel.Each of the rooms is appointed with air conditioning and a bathroom. The rooms each feature a king-size bed. There is also a safe. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included as standard. An ironing set is also available for travellers' convenience.
