TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The property is professionally cleaned, prepared and the beds made before you arrive. A bath sheet and hand towel is provided for each occupant - top sheets are not provided in London as we use duvets and duvet covers. Starter toiletries including soap, loo rolls and kitchen supplies will be provided but consumables should not be expected in self catering homes and will not be replenished. Exit cleaning is included in your stay.
When you arrive please check for any damage and report it immediately. If the property provider discovers damage after you leave you may be charged for the repair. If you do have a problem during your stay please let us know so that we can help you whilst you are here
