Otherwise we cannot guarantee the availability of accommodation, since the apartment will be released and the amount paid for your reservation will not be refunded. Please note that you will stay in a rented apartment. The day of your arrival you will be given access to an apartment equipped with everything you need (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, etc) and a welcome pack of products for the first day (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc.). They have everything you need for cleaning the apartment, washing machine and other appliances (please check the description of the apartment). There is the possibility to contract our cleaning service (extra charge). Due to the new Catalonian law, starting on November 1st, a touristic tax per person above 16 y.o. and night of stay (max. 7 days) will be charged at the moment of check-in.
