Hyatt has unveiled a Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment focused on (1) increased frequency of cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants on all high-touch surfaces and areas such as lobbies, guestrooms, restaurants, meeting and event spaces, recreational areas, public restrooms, fitness centers, elevator buttons, (2) Prominently placed hand sanitizer stations throughout hotel public and employee areas and entrances, (3) Protective masks and other equipment worn by hotel employees, and (4) Social distancing guidance in public areas across hotel properties. Hyatt is exploring purification and sanitization device installation in an effort to ensure air quality. In addition, Hyatt is providing its hotels with comprehensive COVID-19 guidance in the event of a suspected or confirmed case among guests or employees.
The hotel offers travellers a total of 135 rooms. Most of the storeys can be reached by lift. Services and facilities at the hotel include a safe, a restaurant, a café, a newspaper stand, a conference room and a business centre. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the establishment. In addition, a shuttle service is offered.Each of the rooms is appointed with air conditioning and a bathroom. The rooms have a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofabed. There is also a safe. A fridge, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station ensure a comfortable stay. An ironing set is also available for travellers' convenience. Other features include internet access, a telephone, a TV, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi. The accommodation units include a bathroom with a shower. A hairdryer is also available.
