The Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol is an in-depth cleanliness and disinfection 20-step cleaning protocol for hotels created in partnership with SGS that is recommended to all hotel locations. Each Radisson has also been equipped with resources and educational materials on how to handle suspected or confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) or lockdown for quarantine purposes in cooperation with the local authorities.

The club comprises a total of 230 rooms. Services and facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, a dining area, a bar, room service, a conference room and a business centre. Wireless internet access is available to travellers in the public areas. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the hotel.Each of the rooms is appointed with air conditioning and a bathroom. Separate bedrooms are also available. A kitchenette with a tea/coffee station is also provided. Little extras, including internet access, a telephone, a TV and WiFi, contribute to a great stay.
